Silicone Rubber Fibreglass Sleeving

Typical Characteristics

Silicone Rubber Fibreglass Sleeving is a Class H (180°C) insulating material.  Its closely woven glass braid is uniformly coated with high abrasion resistant silicone rubber, offering good dielectric strength and flexibility throughout a wide operating temperature range.  The inherent "give" of the construction permits good conformance fits over oddly shaped objects, making it suitable for otherwise impossible applications, and the mechanical and electrical properties allow reliable operation far beyond the range of lower grade materials.
