Polyester Fibreglass Rod Pultrusions
Superior Physical and Electrical Properties
Glastic® rod (bar) pultrusions are made from fibreglass-reinforced thermoset
polyester. The continuous-filament fibreglass roving of each solid rod provides excellent strength. All
rod pultrusions feature:

Grade MTS (stocked item)
Most economical system for electrical use; designed for 155°C service, 50
000 psi tensile and 80 000 psi flexural strength.
Grade SG-200 (available on request)
Highest temperature - rated for 210°C service. Excellent thermal
endurance. Ideal replacement for silicone rod.
